Oils

We carry only Extra Virgin Olive Oils.  That means they’ve only been harvested, washed, pressed and decanted – never tainted by heat, solvents or adding other oils.  Oils from Italy, France, Spain, Chile, Greece - All are exceptional tasting and feature subtle regional characteristics, from big grassy Tuscans to soft, buttery Provencal.  And let’s not forget our truffled oils – you can choose from white or black for a very special flavor.  These are not your grocery store vinegars.  Artisanal vinegars take months or years to produce and you’ll immediately taste the difference.  Select an aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, or a tart, crisp French or a cask aged sherry vinegar from Spain.  Try one sprinkled over vegetables or fresh greens, over fish, as part of a marinade, or even on top of desserts and fresh berries.  You can even allow yourself to taste the essence and craftsmanship of these fine vinegars with a sip all on its own!

We can satisfy even the most discerning sweet tooth.How about chocolate covered figs from Spain, candied French orange and lemon peel, Fritz Knipschildt handcrafted chocolates, Antonio Mattei biscotti or some French marshmallows.  Mmmmm…. Our mouths are watering, and yours will too!

Coffees and Teas

We are proud to serve Coastal Roasters fresh coffees.  We hand selected this small coffee roasting company because of their coffees’ freshness, quality and equality.  (They endorse and support Fair Trade principles.)  We also stock Rishi tea, an award winning tea selected from only the finest garden direct teas of the season.  Available in bulk.

A Well Stocked Pantry

A well-stocked pantry is key for any good cook and we carry the finest in kitchen staples.  Fleur de sel from Brittany, fresh herb salts from Italy and France; pesto from Liguria; tuna from Sicily; honeys from France and Savannah, GA; and fresh fruit preserves and marmalades from Calabria.  We also carry a wide selection of hard to find herbs and spices, nuts and dried fruits.
